Tank Pack C with "Premium" filter

Tank Pack C with "Premium" filter designed for multi outlet applications.

Valve - Body, nickel-plated brass 1" BSPT male inlet x 1/2" BSPP male outlet with internal chamfer, fitted with 65mm lever as standard. Internals, stainless steel, PTFE seat, Viton seals. 
Install using 36mm socket/box spanner as per steel reducing nipple ordinarily supplied with bottom outlet polyethylene storage tanks.

Each unit fitted with outlet test point providing both a bleed facility for newly installed filters & service replacement cartridges. Plus, when troubleshooting this facility can help determine the internal condition of the cartridge. Thus confirming anything from a free-flowing to fully-blocked cartridge. 

This "PLUS" variant incorporates a quarter-turn isolation valve. When fitted as part of a multi-outlet manifold, permits isolation for servicing of one appliance whilst the remaining appliances can remain operational.

Tee fitting complete with Viton O ring permits the filters to face left & right from the tank outlet, without the need for any additional jointing compounds.

Available with a choice of outlet connection, 3/8" BSP female (i.e no fitting), 10mm compression (copper olive as standard or optional brass olive at no additional cost), or 10mm flare.

All Tank Packs are supplied with Heldite jointing compound, PTFE tape & "Snug-fit" brass tube liners suitable for 10mm soft copper.
"Loose-fit" brass tube liners are also available upon request.
Note: Tank Packs supplied with flare outlet or without compression fitting are not supplied with tube liners.

Replacement cartridges are available for "Premium" spin-on fuel tank & in-line particle filters.
Recommended service replacement - annually.

Our billet aluminum filter heads are supplied with an anti-corrosion anodise finish. The standard/default finish is black, however both metal & green finishes are available upon request.
